Storyline

Review: A low-budget psychological thriller with only two actors and one location shouldn’t be able to maintain suspense and interest for 90 minutes. And yet, “The Odds” by first-time writer/director Bob Giordano, manages to deliver the goods thanks in no small part to a smart concept and fantastic performances by two up-and-coming actors. This is a case study in how to do a lot with a little and it’s no wonder this film is racking up awards and buzz on the indie film circuit. “The Odds” is a safe bet for your time and attention.
